This machine is designed for compression molding of polymer materials such as plastics, rubber, and resins. It features a programmable LCD display that allows users to easily set parameters like pressure, temperature, molding time, and the number/count of venting cycles—down to precise second-level timing. The intuitive human-machine interface enables real-time monitoring and dynamic visualization of the vulcanization process, while the mold-pressing program runs automatically from start to finish.
The machine boasts a straightforward design, delivering powerful clamping force, versatile applicability, and exceptional energy efficiency—all while maintaining high productivity.
