The Baijun Die Casting Island In-Process Part Automatic Deburring Machine / Die Casting Island In-Process Part Deburring Machine / Die-Cast Hydraulic Runner Deburring Machine is the core equipment for die-casting peripheral operations. After conducting extensive demand surveys and gathering feedback from numerous die-casting manufacturers, Baijun has launched its 7th-generation auxiliary equipment for die casting islands—the Die Casting Island In-Process Part Runner Deburring Machine—and Configure a pick-up spray device with dual arms per unit. (Video Viewing) , replacing the existing die-casting machine's part-handling robot and spraying unit to achieve automated processing of aluminum-magnesium-zinc alloy castings.
The mechanical components of the Baijun One-Machine Dual-Arm System are divided into six functional sections: a linear coordinate robotic system, a part-handling arm turntable system, an arm-orientation system, a part-gripping hand system, and a sprayer system. This device successfully interfaces with the die-casting machine’s mold frame signals, enabling continuous operation and meeting the customer’s expected performance requirements. Currently, the system can achieve mold opening within 20 seconds, delivering an efficiency that is 50% higher than existing part-handling robots and sprayers available on the market.
1. Baijun Die Casting’s in-house casting trimmer machine features a self-developed, dual-arm system that enables cost-effective, automated production. 2. The castings trimming machine features a four-column, three-plate structure, with parallelism accuracy between any point on the lower and upper working surfaces as high as ±0.05 mm.
3. Features comprehensive safety design with dual-hand operation, an emergency button (optical protection device requires separate installation), and separate up-and-down manual mold-adjustment buttons.
4. The work surface is equipped with a material-retrieval chute and a blowing system to enhance production efficiency;
5. Pressure, stroke, speed, holding pressure time, and closing height can all be adjusted as needed for convenient operation.
2. Displacement Accuracy: The displacement repeatability can reach ±0.03 mm;
3. Highly efficient and energy-saving: Operates at high speed, achieving energy savings of up to 50%;
4. Flexible Pressing: Operates smoothly with no impact or vibration to the equipment;
7. Slider mechanism: Fast descent speed adjustable from 50 to 175 mm/s;
8. The slide mechanism allows for adjustable forward feed speed ranging from 5 to 20 mm/s (adjustable as a percentage);
9. The slider mechanism features an adjustable lifting speed of 50–150 mm/s.
