This machine features rapid no-load operation, slow-speed pressing with a guide template, and boasts high efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient operation, smooth performance, and reliable safety.
1. The main body of this four-column hydraulic press features a three-beam, four-column structure, comprising the machine frame, main cylinder, motor, oil tank, and more. The frame itself consists of an upper crossbeam, slider, worktable, upright columns, adjusting nuts, and locking nuts. With the frame serving as its skeletal support, the slider is connected to the piston rod of the main cylinder and moves vertically along the guide rails provided by the upright columns. The worktable is constructed entirely from solid A3 steel plate.
2. The main cylinder of this machine features a piston-type design. Both the cylinder body and the piston rod are manufactured from 45# forged steel or ductile cast iron. After medium-frequency quenching, the piston rod undergoes hard chrome plating, achieving a surface hardness of HRC50–55. Additionally, the main cylinder’s seals are made from imported materials, ensuring reliable sealing performance and an extended service life.
3. The position of the slider is determined by its stroke, which can be adjusted freely within the stroke range.
4. The column guidance system uses high-precision rails.

2. Install one button box capable of performing the "two-handed pressing" and "emergency stop" functions.
